Beautiful manor villa (200 m2) created from the skilful restoration of a farmhouse, situated on a hilltop (450 m a.s.l.) from where you can enjoy an exceptional panorama of the ancient hamlet of Collevecchio (all kinds of shops) and a large part of the Sabina. Quiet peaceful position even though a road passes behind the villa and leads to the houses nearby. The house is surrounded by a large lawn (1000 m2), a part of which is an olive grove, and a terracing opposite the house where there is a swimming pool (4.5x9) and from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. Parking for two cars inside the property. It is possible to hire a car with/without driver and transport to/from the airport. There are special rates for the guest at the Beauty Farm in the centre of Collevecchio (400 m). DISTANCES: The geographic position of the house, between Lazio and Umbria, allows you to easily reach the nearby cities: 50 km Rome, 55 km Orvieto, 60 km Viterbo, 65 km Todi, 80 km Tuscania. Cleaning fee of euro 12 and deposit of euro 500 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. To visit Rome, the Eternal City, means reading three millenniums of history all in one breath, but also in the area beyond the city there are charming destinations. Bracciano Lake, the Roman Castles and ancient fortified hamlets of noble Lazian families are such destinations.
