This beautiful modern villa is accented by two large, partially shaded terraces that face the brilliant sea below. The views from this property are truly magnificent. In addition to the two terraces, there is a lovingly-tended garden, with native Mediterranean flowers and plants. There is covered parking for two cars on the premises. A cleaning fee of euro 8 and a deposit of euro 300 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
