Как доехать: The Zambezi Sun Hotel is part of The Falls Resort and is located on the Eastern side of the Victoria Falls (one of the seven wonders of the world), Zambia.
Zambia, is located on the continent of Africa, and is surrounded by countries like, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Zambezi Sun is located within walking distance of the falls itself (8 minutes walk) and the Zambian Border post leading to Zimbabwe is no more than 500m from the resort entrance gate.
The Zambezi River runs up past the resort itself, and The Falls Resort Complex is built along the edge of the River.
Slightly further up stream is our sister hotel, The Royal Livingstone, which also forms part of The Falls Resort.

CONVENTION CENTRE The Convention Centre, linked to the lobby of the Zambezi Sun, is a highly sophisticated and flexible venue able to cater for a wide variety of International functions and themed banquets. It's main ballroom can accomodate up to 450 people in the theatre style seating, 340 in school room style and up to 360 in banqueting style seating. Dedicated and personal service from the convention team will ensure that every function is a memorable and world class experience.
The conference and Banqueting facilities consist of 4 rooms (594 sqm), namely the Zebra Room, the Giraffe Room, the Elephant Room and the Lion Room. Across the front of these rooms is our pre function area, namely the Pre Assembly.
All four rooms can be joined as one large venue or broken up into 4 smaller venues using the sound proof dividers. The Lion and Zebra Room are identical in size and structure while the Giraffe and Elephant are the 2 center rooms, much bigger in size, but again identical. There is also a ceiling height difference, where by the Giraffe and Elephant have a 4.865m high ceiling, while the Zebra and Lion drops to 3.100m.
All the rooms are fully carpeted, and air-conditioned, with access points to the kitchen and pre function area. All the venues have good lightening with wall mounted lights and chandeliers. The Zebra room also has a natural lighting through three sets of glass doors. All venues have there own individual lighting controls.
All the rooms have full AV capabilities, with electric screens, and a variety of AV including, Over head projectors, TV connections, Data projectors, Slide carousels, and a range of sound equipment from built in, to free standing PA systems. We also have cordless, roving and lapel microphones available.
All the venues have access to our switchboard or direct access to international dialling can also be arranged. Internet connections are also available.
All the venues do have 3 phase power points built in, besides your normal, 220/380-volt power points.
We also have a Boma, 280pax, (place of eating), situated on site, which is mainly used for dinner functions. Guests are seated on wooden sleeper benches and tables, around a central Boma fire, whilst the chef does their magic along the edges of the Boma. Food is presented on large buffet stations, whilst certain items are left cooking over open flames, on the spit or grilled to perfection by our chefs in guestпїЅs view.
A dedicated and personal service from the Convention Team will ensure that every function is a professionally organized, memorable and world-class event.
