Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21. There is a resort fee of USD 125.00, a cleaning fee of USD 50.00 for 1 bedroom units and USD 100.00 for 2 and 3 bedroom units, all collected at check-in. There is a USD 35.00 non-refundable damage waiver fee that applies to stays of 4 nights and longer. Check-in is at after 4pm. Check-out is at 11am. Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21.
