A beautiful hillside house recently tastly restored and surrounded by a well kept garden which develops onto various levels. Apart from the main apartment in which the owners live, there are two other apartments. The house is situated at the top of a hill which dominates the town of Asciano and the countryside also. The last 20 km of the journey towards the house are particularly interesting, from a naturalistic point of view. Panoramic views. Each apartment has a TV. Apart from private areas, the local council have, together with the owners, created a lawn and a kidney shaped swimming pool, which is situated further down from the house. Shared washing facilities with the owners. A train line passes a few meters from the house. Central heating. DISTANCES: 300 m Asciano (shops of all types) , abt. 25 km South-East of Siena, in one of the places most visited in the Sienese countryside, due to the spectacular views of the hilly landscape. 10 km the beautiful Abbazia of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, 40 km the Lake Trasimeno. Cleaning fee of euro 16 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
