The property is situated to suit the needs of guests who wish to simply relax close to the villa or enjoy a number of nearby attractions. There is a scenic park within walking distance, and the Zingaro natural reserve is only 4 km away. The town of Castellammare del Golfo and the ocean are both just a short distance from the property. The white sandy beach of S. Vito lo Capo can be reached by boat, with departures from Castellammare. There are also hydrofoils from Castellammare to the islands of Ustica and Favignana. A cleaning fee of Euro 10 and deposit of Euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
