Parque del Lagos newly renovated Iconos Restaurant offers a fresh, contemporary atmosphere with non-pretensious, honest international food, spiced with certain trademarks of Costa Rican cuisine such as Gallo Pinto or casado. Great starters are our Spanish Omelette and Teriyaki Chicken Strips. Our sandwiches and burgers are made with only the freshest ingredients while our Sirloin Medallions served with a spicy green pepper sauce is a highly recommendable main course. And because life wouldnt be anything without sweets try our lovely Passion Fruit Mousse. Every morning enjoy the generous breakfast buffet, offering Latin American and international favorites. Lunch is served buffet style offering a salad bar, soup of the day and the choice of two main courses. Dont forget desert or a delicious cappuccino or espresso. How to get:
From the Juan Santamaria Intl Airport (SJO): Take Route 1 *General Canas Highway* towards San Jose for about 14 km. Once you reach the end of the highway and enter La Sabana Park, keep going South for 100 meters and turn left at the next stoplight (Paseo Colon Avenue). About 50 meters east you will find the Hotel's main entrance on your right handside. If you are taking a taxi, make sure to order one from Taxis Unidos *the only one authorized by the Airport Administration*. Just have the Hotel's full address on paper and hand it to the cab driver; he will find the Hotel without any trouble. The Paseo Colon Avenue is very popular and everybody knows it, so when asking for directions to get to the Hotel always mention that our property's main entrance is located over Paseo Colon Avenue.
