Originally a farmhouse, now restored, refurbished and reconfigured into four holiday apartments, this property is situated on a scenic hillside near Lake Trasimeno. Guests can relax and enjoy views of the garden, the bucolic countryside and stretches of the famous, neighboring lake. This apartment offers some of the finer amenities of all four apartments on the property, with both private car access and its own private outdoor area and reserved parking. Shared amenities include a large lawn with swimming pool, a furnished gazebo with a barbecue and a multi-use field for five-a-side football, volleyball or other outdoor diversions. A cleaning fee of euro 10 and a deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Lake Trasimeno is vast, peaceful and historic. The history of the area and its current role as an agricultural mainstay are on vivid display, with ghostly castle ruins standing as a nod to the past, while rich olive groves cover the hills and crops burst from thriving, modern vineyards and farms.
