Villa La Vela

Charming small villa (100 m2) on the island of Elba, the largest of the Tuscan archipelago. An extensive, partially covered and fully equipped terrace with view over the sea characterises the villa, with table for outdoor dining and and well equipped garden furniture. At the side of the villa there is a very pretty and well kept lawn with barbecue. At the back of the villa there is a laundry room. Parking. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year. Cleaning fee of euro 20 and deposit of euro 500 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. The Elba Island - the biggest and perhaps most beautiful island in the Tuscan archipelago. It has small white beaches, rocky shorelines and cliffs of incredible colours. Right next to the sea grows the thriving Mediterranean vegetation, agaves, cactuses, pine trees and strawberry trees.
