Overlooking a leafy square in the town of Levanto, a well-known coastal destination, the property is ideal for seaside relaxation and enjoying Italian hospitality. The entire coast is characterized by the native charm of small beaches, craggy cliffs and the soothing Mediterranean lapping at the shores. The owner will provide a free pass for the nearby public parking. For guests traveling with small children, cribs are available free of charge. A cleaning fee of euro 15 and a deposit of euro 200 is required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Northward up the coast from Versilia is Cinque Terre, a cluster of picturesque hamlets built on the cliffs above the sea. Not accessible by road until the middle of the 20th century, they remain unspoiled and well-preserved. Stunning views and quaint pedestrian lanes await adventurous visitors.
