The property is situated 8 kilometres away from the airport and approximately 30 minutes by car considering light congestion. From Ninoy Aquino Avenue- turn left at NAIA Road until reaching the Domestic Road where you may take a right turn. Follow the road until intersecting Andrews Avenue Airport Road where you will take another right. Follow this road to the Terminal 3 roundabout- going back to turn right at Aurora Boulevard. Take a right upon reaching EDSA and follow the MRT route all the way until Ayala Avenue where you turn left. Keep to the left at the second stop light to be able to turn left at Ayala Centre.
