Each condo features TVs, VCRs or DVD players, comfortable furnishings and fully equipped kitchens for your convenience. Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There will also be a cleaning fee charged upon booking. Limit 2 cars per unit. PETS NOT ALLOWED. All units are non-smoking. Please note that the price includes everything, and no fees are charged upon arrival. Please check in at the Meyer Real Estate office at 13700 Perdido Key Dr in Pensacola, FL. Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-in is between 3pm-6pm. From Labor Day to Memorial Day our check-in hours are 3pm-8pm. PETS NOT ALLOWED. To check in after 6 pm, please go to the Gulf Shores office at 1585 Gulf Shores Pkwy (Hwy. 59), which is open 24 hours.
