At the end of the 80s; the 700 year-old house was bought by its actual owner and after two renovations and an exceptional art-concept the hotel became the 2 Star Hotel Otter. It is a small and well-known hotel for the young and the young-at-heart. It is in the middle of a lively old town and surrounded by boutiques and bars. A few steps away you will find galleries; the lake and the opera. All individual rooms are spread out over six floors. There is also off-site public parking available at a charge. Additional Information; Children aged 9 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. How to get:
Exit Zurich Airport and head south towards Butzenbueelring. Take a slight right at Butzenbueelring then take the ramp onto A51. Take the exit towards A1l. Take exit 64 towards Chur-Luzern-Zurich-City and merge onto the A1l. Take exit 4-Zuerich-Aubrugg towards Schwamendingen and merge onto Ueberlandstrasse. Continue on 1-Winterthurerstrasse and continue to follow Winterthurerstrasse. Continue on Universitaetstrasse and then continue on Raemi-Strasse. Turn right at Waldmannstrasse and then turn left at Raemi-Strasse and you will find Oberdorfstrasse.Take the train number 16 from Zurich Airport to station Stadelhofen. From there walk 3 minutes in the direction of the old town and find Oberdorfstrasse 7. Alternatively take the tram number 4 from Zurich Main Station and go 4 stops to the Bellevue. From here walk in the direction of the old town.
