The Deer Harbor Resort is positioned within 75 feet of Deer Harbor Marina, the closest point on Orcas to rent a boat, book a kayak tour, or set sail on a summertime whale watching charter. This resort is located in one of the most pristine and beautiful locations in the entire United States. Office hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sunday. There is departure cleaning only. Please check-in at the front desk. Check-in is between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily. If you are arriving after hours, please make sure to call 1-888-376-4480 before 8 p.m. for late check-in arrangements. If boats are not your preference, shop in the quaint boutiques of the local communities, golf the challenging Orcas Island Golf Course, or hike among the waterfalls and lakes of Moran State Park. For a real adventure and the best view in the San Juans, climb to the summit of Mt. Constitution.

How to get:
From Seattle/Tacoma Airport to WA state ferry terminal at Anacortes
1. Merge onto WA-518 E toward I-5/Seattle/Tacoma/I-405.
2. Merge onto I-5 N via the exit on the left toward Seattle (and Anacortes).
3. Take exit 230.
4. At first light take a left onto Highway 20.
5. Follow Highway 20 to Anacortes. Once you reach Anacortes, merge right onto Commercial Ave to reach the central business district.
6. Take a left at 12th St and follow signs to the ferry terminal.
-From Orcas Island ferry terminal to resort:
8. Drive 2.5 miles to Deer Harbor Road.
9. Turn left on Deer Harbor Road, continue 4.5 miles.
10. The resort is on the left.
