The 4* Westwood House Hotel has long been recognised and respected for its conference and banqueting facilities. With a wide range of recently refurbished function rooms throughout the hotel, we are uniquely equipped to host business and corporate events for any size. Offering four purpose built conference suites, which combined can cater for groups of up to 350 delegates. Also on site is our fully equipped executive boardroom, complete with leather high back chairs, air-conditioning and black out facilities. The Richard Martin Suite, one of our largest rooms, has recently been refurbished to a beautiful finish. This suite which is a popular wedding venue boasts a full range of state of the art audio-visual equipment, including infra red remote control SXGA data projector, WiFi, ISDN lines, microphones, and air conditioning throughout.
The Meridian Restaurant is renowned for the excellence and consistency of it's food. It has been recommended by the Georgina Campbell Guide 2007 and also the Michelin Guide.

How to get:
Directions to The Westwood House Hotel From N18 Limerick Road From N6 Dublin Road On entering Galway you will go through a series of roundabouts (1-8). At the Quality Hotel, Oranmore, take exit for city centre. Second roundabout take exit for city centre (second exit). Third roundabout take the exit for city centre. (You will pass the Galway Racecourse on your right hand side & also Tom Hogan Motors). Fourth roundabout take the exit for city centre, Tuam, N59 Clifden. Fifth roundabout take the exit N59 Clifden. Sixth roundabout (Motor Park on your left), Take exit city centre, N59. (You will pass Dunnes Stores on left hand side). Seventh roundabout controlled by lights (stay in right lane). Take third exit off roundabout, Oughterard, Clifden N59, you will go over the bridge. At the end of the bridge you will come to a set of traffic lights. Go straight through, staying in right lane. You will come to the eighth and last roundabout. Take third exit following directions for N59 Clifden. Follow along the road until you come to the final set of traffic lights and you will see the hotel on your left hand side. Go left at the traffic lights turning on to N59 to access the hotel entrance, which is the next left.
