Its position allows you to easily reach the principal tourist areas of Tuscany, as well as Rome in less than two hours by car. The cottage is situated on the summit of a hill from which you may enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and woodlands. Approx. 150 m away passes a secondary train line and approx. 400 m away is the road that links Siena and Perugia. The cottage is located inside a 4.5 ha property and is surrounded by a spacious natural park (approx. 10,000 m2) equipped with a pleasant swimming pool (6x12.5). DISTANCES: 4 km Serre di Rapolano (grocery shops), 10 km Sinalunga (all kinds of shops), 30 km Arezzo and Siena.
