The Chef Andrea Pozzi, used to an international clientele, proposes personalized menus, with a particular attention to the local plates wisely balanced with the alternation of meat and sea food, light and tasty. The Caprilli Restaurant, also opened to an external clientele, is the ideal place to organize work lunches, business dinners, banquets, weddings and to celebrate special occasions.

How to get:
At just 15 minutes drive from Turin, going through the motorway to Sestriere, we are at 3 minutes from the Pinerolo exit. You just have to follow the directions to easily get to Hotel Cavalieri. Public transportation is at only 2 blocks from the Hotel, precisely on Corso Torino, the bus stop of SAPAV and CAVOURESE that connect Pinerolo with Turin, and that go straight to Pinerolo down town. The same bus stop will allow our guests to reach the train station by public transportation. We are at 70 kilometres from Sestriere; easily reachable with public transportation.
