Where the Grand Hotel Seeschloesschen SPA and Golf Resort is situated nowadays - there was once a restaurant with the name of Seeschloesschen which opened in 1908 - over the years it developed into a superior hotel - the only one of its category in Timmendorfer Strand.

Since its inception - the Hotel Seeschloesschen has been managed privately by the von Oven family - their long experience and tradition is reflected in the atmosphere of the establishment.
A 36-hole golf course has belonged to the Grand Hotel Seeschloesschen since March 2008 - the biggest golf course in North Germany.

The Bremen and Hamburg meeting rooms each have an extra room for groups - 15 m2 - . The Hamburg and Luebeck meeting rooms are separated from each other by a movable wall and can be combined if required. Putting a total of 128 m2 at your disposal. Our Mecklenburg meeting room - 280 m2 floor space with six columns - in the basement boasts three separate entrances and a stage making it an excellent choice for larger events and banquets. By car take the A1 Motorway to the Ratekau exit and head toward Timmendorfer Strand. Before the bridge - turn right into Baederrandstrasse and follow the road. Take the second turn on the left - Wiesenweg - and turn left again at the end of this road. The hotel is located on the right-hand side.
