This Central Colorado hotel also features business services, meeting and banquet facilities and a courtesy shuttle to/from the Eagle Vail Airport upon arrival and departure-reservations or advanced notice preferred. Pets are enthusiastically welcome for a nominal charge of USD 10.00 per night per pet-maximum two pets per room. There are numerous restaurant choices within walking distance- more than any other Eagle hotel- as well as a variety of others within a short driving distance. USD 10.00 will be charged for each additional guest per room. Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed, but will be accommodated whenever possible. A valid credit or debit card and photo I.D. matching that card are required at check-ins as a guarantee against incidental charges. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, so late check-ins are never a problem.
