Accommodations obtained from the restoration of part of an ancient 18th century olive oil mill that is part of an ancient villa in the hills that rise above the Versilia. Beautiful views of the hills and the Apuan Alps with a glimpse of the sea. The accommodations are characterised by old materials that were used in their restoration (wooden ceiling beams, terracotta tiles). The apartments, cared for in every last detail, have a small private natural lawn as well as a shared outdoor area with garden furniture for outdoor dining. Comfortable rustic-style furniture with antique elements. A secondary road passes near to the house.The two apartments can be made to communicate (if they are booked together a discount of 5% will be applied). Parking. Baby-bed available (Euro 10/week/each).Central heating. Cleaning fee of euro 20 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Versilia - kilometres and kilometres of fine sandy beaches between the Magra River and the Serchio River, drenched by a joyous blue sea and large stretches of shady green pine groves. Outlining the scenery are the Apuan Alps and rugged wild mountains, white for their famous deposits of marble.
