It all began with an illicit tavern here at the crossroads in Noerre Vissing. It was a good place to stop and have a chat while eating salted herrings with a good mug of beer and one or two drinks of aquavit. In 1801 the inn moved to its present spot and at the same time the inn was royally licensed. Today the innkeepers name is Morten Mygind and when entering the inn you cannot help noticing that he likes the blue colour very much - the restaurant has been painted in grey and blue colours and the garden room is a delight to the eye with its nuances of cobalt blue and lavender blue colours. You quickly detect that the chef has great creative skills and only uses the best ingredients.
