The hotel overlooks Mounts Bay in Penzance and offers a superb base for exploring and touring enigmatic West Cornwall. Located between the rugged cliffs of Land's End to the golden beaches and galleries of St Ives. Mount Prospect Hotel is a haven for guests. We want you to feel that it's your home for as long as you stay. That's why we take time and care to provide everything our guests need... attentive service, help with planning your day, providing tickets, picnic baskets or onward reservation booking. Our guests come here to be restored, and they are right at the heart of the hotel. The warm, welcome atmosphere and attention to care are an ideal beginning and end to days spent out and about on the cliff paths, art galleries, beautiful gardens or historical sites. Our 24 rooms are carefully decorated, the majority have lovely sea views across Mounts Bay from Penzance Harbour to St. Michaels Mount. To secure a booking a non refundable deposit equivalent to one nights charge is required(deposit is only refundable when cancelling 7 days before arrival). There is a housekeeping charge of 5 per night per pet. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant and must not be left in bedrooms unattended. Travel cots are available at 5 per night. All rooms are non smoking although we have several smoking areas within the hotel. Non UK Bank credit cards will be charged in your local currency. Please note that payments by American Express are surcharged 2.5%.
