A 2006/2007 Pinnacle Award Winning Hotel. The Ramada Plaza Hotel- Biltmore West is currently undergoing renovations of their public space and the interior and exterior pool will be closed from September 3, 2007-September 6, 2007 for scheduled maintenance. Renovations have been completed in all guest rooms featuring Pillow Top Mattresses, Refrigerators, Wireless Internet Access, Practically Appointed Bathrooms, and Spa Inspired Amenities. Our guest rooms also feature one-of- a-kind artwork, custom made fabrics, Italian tile, and granite counter tops. Some rooms feature Jacuzzi tubs. The outdoor pool will be available (beginning July 14th) however the indoor pool will be closed during renovations.
