Milans main center and new exhibition area of Rho Pero is reached through a 15 minutes car drive or a comfortable ride by train. Milan centers shopping district (Armani, Versace, Valentino, Dolce Gabbana ateliers) as well as the Duomo and Leonardo da Vincis Last Supper, are all nearby. Lake Maggiore with the Borromee islands and the beautiful small town of Stresa, the lakes of Como and Garda are all perfect places for a daily tour. The Alps and Monte Rosa mountains (which you can see from the rooms on the clearest days) with the famous ski resorts (Cervinia, Courmayeur) are only 2 hours drive away, as are Switzerland and Lugano Lake with the famous and ancient thermal center of Leukerbad.
