Blakes of Dover offers beautifully decorated en-suite rooms: sleeping 2 or 3 guests. All rooms have colour televisions and complementary tea, coffee and biscuits etc., radio alarm clock, trouser press and hairdryer. Our spacious superior rooms have a king size bed and also an additional single bed, so when made up they can comfortably accommodate a family of three. Blakes of Dover also has a wonderful restaurant and bar, with an international reputation, providing a delightful medium for eating and drinking. Our real ales have now been extended with the installation of a 6 barrel stillage offering micro brewery ales. We specialise in service to our business community. To this extent we can provide a range of facilities to suit your requirements and to make your stay a pleasure. A credit card is required as a guarantee. Late cancellation or no-show charges are 100% for one-night reservations or the cost of 2 nights' stay for longer bookings, however if rooms are re-let this may reduce to a minimum of 15% of total booking value +VAT to cover our unrecoverable commissions paid. Please supply a mobile phone number if possible to help with contact on your booking. We are a Restaurant and Wine Bar also specialising in Real Ales, we are therefore open from 11.30 am - 11 pm Monday to Saturday and 12 - 10.30 pm Sundays, so early arrivals should present no problems subject to rooms being ready. However if you wish to arrive before 18:00 PLEASE let us know so that we can ensure we are available to greet you. PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER 11PM THERE WILL BE NO STAFF TO RECEIVE YOU UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE!!!!! Please note the resturant is only open Monday to Saturday 18:00 - 21:00, and is very busy at the weekends so booking is advised either by email or by telephone. Please contact us if you require the extra beds to be made up in the superior rooms. We also have a cot available for use in all rooms.
