We Have Two Units: A209 on the 2nd floor of A building and B406 on the 4th floor of the B building. Both condos have all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable. Vacation Rental Amenities in both units include: **Full Kitchen: dishes, utensils, cookware, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and standard appliances. **Washer and Dryer and Oceanfront Balconies **No smoking condos- please smoke on balcony. **Cable TV, VCR, Stereo/CD player, central air conditioning and heat throughout, and telephone- local calls free. A209- Queen in Master bedroom, 2 doubles in second bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room sleeps 8 with oceanfront balcony. B406- King in Master bedroom, queen in second bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room sleeps 6 with oceanfront balcony. ***** We also have 2 beautiful condos in Destin, Fl, 1 beachfront condo in Indian Shores, FL, 1 oceanfront condo in Ft Walton Beach, FL and 1 beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach, SC! ***** * Monthly rental available upon request * Rate does NOT include $80 USD linen fee/ departure cleaning fee and 10% Florida tax and is collectible at the time of arrival. * Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday- unless otherwise specified in off season and prior approved- contact us to discuss. * Must be over 25 years of age to rent.
