Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable no smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. VisditBritain Four Diamond classifation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels, sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private free car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. The bedrooms all non-smoking are on the first and second floor. They are all en-suite, some with a bath and shower, all with complimentary toiletries, and are decorated to a very high standard. Each have controllable central heating, colour television with eight channels, Internet access by direct dial telephone and WI - FI broadband, hair dryer, alarm clock radio and beverage welcome tray. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than 70 restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available. If you cannot book us online because the online allocation is used, try phoning, we may still have space The latest check in time is at 10.00pm unless you contact us by telephone first before booking, as we do not have a night porter. We regret that we cannot accommodate children under 12 years old. Sorry we cannot cater for, or accommodate animals. Due to the many credit card scams the rooms booked will be charged to the card immediately. We are a non smoking establishment. There may also be an adminstration charge of 20.00GBP for bookings cancelled outwith the 14 days cancellation notice period.
