It contains a concert grand piano complete with parlour palm. You might have to contend with a very serious soprano practising for the evening's opera performance. Home of the annual international Gilbert and Sullivan Festival and the Buxton Opera Festival, The Buxton Opera House hosts opera, theatre and concerts throughout the year.
