Amenities include- 2 lagoon pools, hot tub, a water jungle gym, splash pad, water toys, lazy river ride, dive-in Movie Theater, arcade, mini bowling alley, fitness center, full kitchen, furnished balcony, washer and dryer. Located on the resort is a beachside snack bar and grill, Alvins Island department store and the Market Cafe and Deli. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Front desk is open 24 hours. Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced.
