Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Versilia - kilometres and kilometres of fine sandy beaches between the Magra River and the Serchio River, drenched by a joyous blue sea and large stretches of shady green pine groves. Outlining the scenery are the Apuan Alps and rugged wild mountains, white for their famous deposits of marble.
