This sprawling farm estate, encompassing over 150 acres of gorgeous Italian countryside, welcomes vacationers to relax in one of their vacation apartment rentals. The apartments are set within two carefully renovated farmhouses and annex buildings, situated in the hills which surround Lake Trasimeno. The hilltop location provides fantastic views of the rolling landscape. Large portions of the property feature delightful wooded areas and olive groves, characteristic of this bucolic part of Italy. Each apartment has its own private outdoor area and full access to shared open grounds, where diversions such as a lawn bowling pitch, table tennis and a swimming pool, open seasonally from June through September await guests. This expansive property also features a playground, barbecue, laundry room and on-site parking. Pets are allowed, subject to certain applicable regulations, as the property is part of a nature reserve. An additional folding bed can be rented for certain units for 45 euro per week and cribs are available for rent for euro 37 per week. The beaches of famous Lake Trasimeno are only about 12 miles away, and the Umbrian capitol, the city of Perugia, is just 10 miles from the property, offering visitors a history, culture, and excellent shopping and dining. A cleaning fee of euro 15 and a deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Lake Trasimeno is vast and stunning. The history of the area and its current role as an agricultural mainstay are on vivid display, with ghostly castle ruins standing as a nod to the past, while rich olive groves cover the hills and crops burst from thriving, modern vineyards and farms.
