The ancient structure, which dates back to 1266, has been transformed into an elegant country residence and divided into 5 apartments and is most probably the house where Giotto was born. Very pleasant and well kept outdoor areas where the swimming pool (5x12) is located. Each apartment has its own private equipped outdoor area, telephone, internet connection and satellite TV. In the estate, a part of which consists of vineyards, produces excellent wine. 4 mountain bikes are available. Shaded parking space. Cleaning fee of euro 15 and deposit of euro 150 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
