Within The Village, guests will find an array of activities, from a quiet stroll down one of the cobblestone lanes, to a friendly afternoon gathering around the pool or beach only a short drive away. Children of all ages will find the interactive fountain an absolute delight. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note the following fees due at check-in- Cleaning fee- Studio- USD 62.44, 3 bedroom- USD 133.80 Registration fee- USD 11.15 Security deposit- there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. All guests must be 25 years or with a parent/legal guardian. If guests do not meet age requirement then guests will not be permitted on the property. Guests must pay cleaning fee/security deposit before collecting keys. If arriving after hours, guests can locate a list of instructions and lock boxes outside of the front desk.
