Covered parking and a coin-operated washer and dryer are provided on-site. Cleaning fee of euro 15 and deposit of euro 250 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Umbria is the green heart of Italy.
