It is located conveniently off Southside Blvd. Serene, yet offering a professionally and convient location across from major business parks and restaurants, just 30 minutes from the airport. Our oversized, all suites accommodations have a full kitchen that includes the convenience of a stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Additional offerings include guest laundry facilities/valet services,free outdoor parking and high speed Internet access. A delicious complimentary continental breakfast is available every morning. Enjoy our sparkling out door swimming pool or work out in our handy gym. A shuttle service is available with in a 5 mile radius of the hotel for personal or business and a charcoal BBQ pit for guest use. We are adjacent to 25 restaurants and some major corporate parks. One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service.
