There is the choice of menu for breakfast and the evening meal, which consists of five courses, plus tea or coffee. Caroline freshly cooks all meals in our kitchens. All of the meals are guaranteed to satisfy your appetites. Special diets can be catered for.Every room at the Windsor Carlton Hotel is individually decorated and comfortably furnished. All rooms are en-suite, with either baths or showers, tea and coffee making facilities, colour televisions, on which you can receive our in-house video channel plus much more. Our bar, aptly named the 'Brass Bar', is well stocked with over eight malt whiskies and the island's own beers. Our full residential licence means that after your meal you can join in with the friendly atmosphere and play with the many board and card games available.
