There is a non-refundable damage waiver of USD 55.00 plus tax. Personal chefs and child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the onsite agent. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under age 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check-in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of stay. The check-in office is located at: 12815 Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550. Check-in time is from 3pm to 5pm. Check out is at 10am. Person checking in must be 25 years of age or older. All reservations require a credit card at the time of check-in. There is a USD 55.00 plus tax non-refundable damage waiver payable at the time of check-in. Please call before your arrival to Destin to gain access to the lock box codes. All after hour arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day.
