Guiscardo Palace takes its name from the founder of the town of Pietrasanta- Guiscardo Pietrasanta- who in 1255- as the then authority of Lucca- gave his own insignia of nobility to the medieval settlement. Palazzo Guiscardo is located in an original Liberty style building that dates back to the 1800s. During the transformation into a hotel we have been careful to respect its original style- in order to preserve and highlight the elements of the period. The hotel has eight rooms of which one suite and three junior suites are furnished in different ways- with antique furniture and canopy-beds- ensuring a warm and welcoming ambience.
