Our cuisine features regional specialities and our fantastic help yourself hors d'oeuvre and dessert buffets, our courtesy tray in every room offers tea, coffee and biscuits. Our rooms with many practical aspects to aid business travellers: direct telephone lines with a computer socket and a large desk. For breakfast we serve an excellent as much you can eat breakfast buffet! Envergure Policy: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Guests may book online up to 1200 (hotels local time) on day of arrival. Rates are for room only and include sales taxes and service, but may not include the local tourist tax. Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs. Should the need arise, we strongly recommend that you cancel your reservation online (instructions in booking confirmation). Amendments: for simple amendments we recommend you cancel and rebook online however if the amendment is made on the same day of your intended arrival, contact the hotel. Cancellations made at least one day before your intended arrival will be refunded in full. Cancellations made on the day of your intended arrival or No Shows will be charged 1 nights accommodation (average of the total booking fee). Children are welcome but will be charged as adults.
