The Rosedene Hotel is an 11 bedroomed licensed hotel located just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre and sea front. We pride ourselve on providing a homely atmosphere and very good quality breakfasts all cooked to order to guarantee freshness. If you want a break in a home from home, then this is the place to come. We have a spacious dining room and a warm cosy lounge with a good selection of complimentary videos to help your self to. Our bedrooms are all en-suite and centrally heated with colour television, tea and coffee tray and news papers on request. When you enter your room, you will find all your bedding is crisp and white straight from the packet, the rooms will be clean and your towels as white as the day they were new. Our policy is cleanliness. Our Two Stars mean good quality and this we promise. We are totally non smoking, if you smoke in any of the hotels rooms, your credit card will be automatically charged 98 pounds for defumigation costs. Unless by special request, our latest check in time is 8.00pm. Early breakfasts only available by request before booking. Special diets catered for, please e-mail the hotel for details. Please note that bank holidays can only be booked for 3 nights or more, any bookings received for less than this will be cancelled.
