The hotel offers 100 rooms – all with balcony or private terrace – and 4 deluxe suites, for a total of 210 beds. Three are the restaurants of the hotel: Il Coriandolo, the а la carte restaurant, a function room up to 250 people and a 300 seats garden restaurant surrounded by the park. The gastronomy has been inspired by the natural tastes and the perfumes of Sicily, together with a more refined international touch and a well-stocked cellar.
The Lounge Bar and the Swimming pool Bar are the right places where to relax or meet your friends.
The meeting area of the Romano Palace offers a conference hall for 350 seats, break-out rooms for 20, 30 and 50 seats and – on the terrace – three more rooms for 120, 40 and 30 people.
