Rathlin is one of the most prestigious houses in Colwyn Bay and is situated in the beautiful Rydal Penrhos conservation area but yet still close to the town. The rooms have been appointed to an extremely high standard and offer the luxury of a high class hotel but with the benefits of a homely ambience. The property is built within mature gardens extending to almost one acre and offers the luxury of an outdoor heated swimming pool which is available for guests during the summer months. There is also a sauna room where guests can unwind. Guests will have the exclusive use of the very impressive front lounge. The room still has most of the original features including inglenook fireplace, oak panelling and oak parquet flooring. A high class continental or traditional Welsh cooked breakfast is served in the front lounge. Children 0-18 years, 10GBP per child per night (Please note that child rate will increase to 20GBP per night from 1st January 2006) when sharing with two adults. For the comfort of all guests, Rathlin is a non-smoking establishment. To maintain our high standards, we regret we do not accept pets other than guide dogs.
