There are also several excellent restaurants within five minutes walk from the Lodge. A few minutes more will take you to Bowness Bay where you can take a cruise or hire a selection of small boats. In Bowness village there are many restaurants, shops, public houses, a cinema, a theatre and other attractions. An all weather leisure environment, Parklands Country Club has something for everyone. The club incorporates a swimming pool with children'sarea, spa bath, sauna, steam room and jet showers. There is a badminton court, squash court and trimnasium. On the first floor is a comprehensive club lounge and bar, 2 full size snooker tables, solarium and viewing galeries overlooking the badminton and squash courts and the swimming pool. Booking conditions, A deposit of the full amount is required which is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Should you cancel your booking with us, Please notify us as soon as possible so that we can re-let the room on the same terms, if we are successful you will recieve a full refund. If we are unable to re-let the room, you will be charged the full room rate. No children are allowed at the Lodge. No pets are allowed. There is a no smoking policy in force throughout.
