The Hostellerie de La Fuste is a XVII century old mansion full of character- a former Postal Relay- in the middle of La Provence. We are located 5 km away from Manosque in the countryside down the ills of the Plateau de Valensole and its well-known Lavenders fields.We are between the Luberons Park and the Verdons Park and only one hour drive from the Mediterranean see. The hotel has a large garden with 2 terraces- one of them in the shade of 300 years old Plane trees. Our guests will be able to relax around our outdoor swimming pool. In this very quiet surroundings our clients will enjoy a typical French cuisine where our Chef will prepare- with very high standard- dishes based only on fresh products. Our restaurant is either outside or inside depending on the weather. After a perfect diner they will either have a last drink on our second terrace or relax in our cosy bar/lounge. Our staff is very professional and dedicated so is the owners of this wonderful- charming place. We are totally fluent in English- fairly good in German- some notion of Italian and Spanish.
