Owned and run by the Coles family since 1991, the Hotel is renowned for its friendly, relaxing atmosphere and is the ideal base from which to explore the many attractions to be found in Somerset and the West Country. Despite our rural location, the Hotel is conveniently located on the A38 - just two miles from Taunton town centre and 4 miles from Junction 26 of the M5 motorway. Payment - please note that we will require full payment of the room rate booked upon your check-in at the Hotel. Non-Smoking Rooms - We will do our best to accommodate requests for non-smoking rooms but they are not guaranteed unless we send you written confirmation to that effect. Family Rooms - please note that our Standard (Courtyard) rooms are not suitable for families. If you wish to book a Family Room you must contact the Hotel direct to check if we have a suitable Superior (Main House) room available and confirm the room rate which will be applicable. Child Policy - up to 2 children may share a Superior (Main House) room with 2 adults. Meals for the children will be charged as taken. Pet Policy - we regret that, with the exception of guide dogs, no pets are allowed at the Hotel.
