We are just a friendly little place right here on the beach in Port Aransas. Unlike the big high-rise condominiums, all of our units are situated on four acres in buildings ranging from 2-4 floors. We have a driveway that goes out to the beach for the best, easiest beach access. Most all units have great views of the gulf. We have 1, 2, 3 and 4 BR Condo style units with fully equipped kitchens and private balconies. We also have several Motel style units with 1 or 2 queen beds, most all having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Our motel units are about the only ones on the island that are located right on the beach. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note the following fees- USD 15.00 per pet, per day in pet friendly rooms, as available. USD 5.00 per guest, per day over the standard occupancy. There is departure cleaning only. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Come to the front desk, located in the Yellow Building. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available at 4pm due to housekeeping or maintenance issues. Minimum check-in age is 21. If you expect to arrive later than 9pm, please give us a call and we will set up one of the lockboxes for you, located right near the entrance to the front desk area.
