PROPERTY NOTES: Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy - May 19 - November 22 - All reservations are charged a non-refundable $15 reservation fee (includes tax) at the time of booking. An additional credit card deposit payment of the first night room rate is due at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations and/or changes 2 days in summer prior to arrival will result in full refund of deposit but not the corresponding reservation fee. Upon check-in payment is required for the entire reservation and taxes, which are non-refundable after check in. Late arrivals and any package changes may result in rate and availability charges, or forfeiture of entire package amount plus tax. Christmas/New Years Policies (Dec 17-Jan 2) * Reservations made before November 1 will have 25% of the total night's room rate charged as a deposit. On November 1, remaining balance of reservation total must be paid in full. Unless otherwise requested, remaining balance will be automatically charged to credit card used to make reservation. * Any changes or cancellations made after November 1 will result in full forfeiture of entire amout of reservation. Any reservations made for the holiday period after November 1 will require credit card payment for the full amount of the reservation and will be non-refundable.
