The Newport Beach Balboa Peninsula features six miles of picturesque sandy coastline and one of the greatest small yacht harbors in the world. It is 25 miles from Disneyland Resort, Long Beach Aquarium, and Knotts Berry Farm. It is 50 miles from Universal Studios. The area holds the majority of main attractions on the Peninsula. The Newport and Balboa Piers are surrounded by a multitude of shops and restaurants, from fine dining to family dining, and everything in between. There are public basketball and tennis courts as well as a public park and athletic field at the Balboa pier, and sand volleyball courts are located between the piers. The Balboa Pier is also home to the only beach fire pits on the Peninsula. There is even a Ferris wheel, carousel and video arcade in the Balboa Fun Zone. The facilities include covered parking, laundry service, parking, and a playground. Pets are not allowed. This beautiful vacation rental unit includes a BBQ grill, cable TV, coffee pots, irons, ironing boards, DVD players, fully equipped kitchens, and refrigerators. A USD 500.00 refundable security deposit fee will be collected at check-in. The normal 3 percent booking charge is currently being waived. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that a USD 150.00 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. A USD 500.00 refundable security deposit fee will be collected at check in as well. Check-in is after 2.30pm, check-out is at 10am at our office at 2901 Newport Blvd. You will receive your keys and gifts and complete any paperwork. Office hours are 8am-5pm. Newport Beach is located along the beautiful Pacific Ocean in Orange County, California 45 miles south of Los Angeles only 25 minutes southeast of Disneyland.
