The accommodation at Southview consists of 9 ensuite bedrooms (4 luxury & 5 classic), an informal residents lounge, a breakfast dining room and our very own (residents only) indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi (heated to 82 degrees in Winter) which leads on to our relaxing 'southfacing' patio for those long summer days! All of our rooms are individually furnished and decorated and all are en suite and centrally heated with the facilities you would expect from a quality hotel. Our Classic ensuite rooms feature double bedded accomodation with ensuite showers, while our superbly appointed luxury rooms (double bedded) feature ensuite spa baths. For that extra special visit we even have a king sized contemporary 4 poster bedroom which has been described as 'like sleeping on a cloud!' Cancellation policy : If you cancel giving us less than 14 days notice, you are liable for 50% (or 1st night stay whichever greater) of your entire booking (28 days notice for Bank holiday bookings). If you cancel giving us less than 7 days notice, you are liable for the full amount of your stay (14 days for Bank holiday bookings). By a 'days' notice, we mean a full, clear 24 hour period, not including the day of arrival.Please note that surcharges will also be applied if you supplied credit card details (see below). Children & Pets : Because we want ALL of our guests to relax and enjoy their stay at Southview, we will not accept bookings with children under the age of 6 years or with pets of any kind. Friday & Saturday nights are a minimum stay of 2 nights ONLY , Bank holiday weekends are a minimum stay of 3 nights Check in/ out : Please note that check in times are from 3pm on day of arrival with check out by 10.30am on day of departure, we regret that we cannot offer late departure rooms or earlier arrivals. Breakfast Times : Please note that breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.15 am to 9.15 am only. Smoking Policy :Please note, all of our rooms (bedrooms included) are completely NON-SMOKING and we will levy a charge equal to 3 nights room rate in the event of any guest believed to be smoking in their bedroom, this charge will cover the costs of cleaning the room for the next guest. Smokers are however permitted to smoke OUTSIDE at the rear area of the patio, provided they use the bins provided and respect other guests who may also wish to use the patio Payment and Deposits - Normally your card details will be held as security for the booking (no charges made to your card unless you cancel) with the full payment due on arrival/departure (see below),however, for some bookings(busy periods & at our discretion)we will require a 50%deposit which will be NON refundable.(please note that surcharges may also be applied (see below)we will confirm this with you by telephone or email.
