The Ravensworth is a detached 19th century traditional stone character guesthouse. NO SMOKING in all rooms. Off-road parking for all our guests. Easy access to the many attractions of the Lake District National Park. We are very close to shops and restaurants. There is ample space to relax in our lounge, dine in our charming conservatory or chill out on the terrace. We have a small, private bar but please note that this closes at 10pm (we need our beauty sleep!) There is a pub only a minutes walk away. Our bedrooms have double, super-king size, twin, single or four-poster beds . Every room is centrally heated and each has its own en-suite bath/shower, direct dial telephone, colour television, hair dryer and clock radio with alarm. Complimentary refreshments are offered to morning and afternoon arrivals. Email and wireless internet access available. Our complimentary, full English breakfast is freshly cooked and served in our conservatory dining room. We also serve various cereals, fruit and yoghurt. For special occasions we can provide sparkling wine, champagne, flowers and even a celebration cake! Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible, our hope is that no one leaves disappointed. On booking, a deposit equivalent to the one nights stay will be deducted from your card. There will be no refund for cancellations or changes to your booking when less than sevens days notice is given. (Please note that a 2% charge will be deducted from any refunds). The Minimum stay is two nights mid-week and three nights at weekends. Small, well behaved dogs are accepted in certain rooms on the lower ground floor (standard double or super king-size/twin). There is a charge of 5 pounds per night. Sorry, only children over 12 yrs old accepted Our latest check-in time is 10.00pm unless by special arrangement. An estimated time of arrival is appreciated. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse bookings for groups of more than six persons. We are COMPLETLEY NON-SMOKING IN ALL ROOMS (this includes bathrooms!).
